This is the checklist and policy that must be completed prior to signing off on a new staffing agency.
Attached is the CPG Staffing Expectations Policy. As a general rule for managers, it is set in stone. There will be no modifications to it without the joint approval of the VP of Human Resources and the CFO.
Things to remember:
- Signed copies of the policy and the Indemnification agreement must be in HR's possession PRIOR to any temporaries being placed onsite.
- A copy of the Certificate of General Insurance Liability and Worker's Compensation must be in HR's possession PRIOR to any temporaries being placed on site
