Regardless of which plan an employee is on (Plan A or Plan B), each covered person on the plan has a $600 annual wellness benefit as of 2016.

Examples of items covered are:

  • Immunizations
  • Well baby care
  • Mammograms
  • Pap Smears
  • PSA's
  • Routine Physicals (Includes Labs & Xrays performed and billed at the time of visit)
  • Physicals are limited to one routine physical examination in each calendar year
