Southern Area Employees (SAO):
SAO employees do not have a network of doctors to choose from. Instead, they can use any doctor they choose and provide them with Preferred Administrator's phone number (located on the back of your insurance card) to verify benefits.
Northern Area Employees (NAO):
NAO employees do not have a network of doctors to choose from. Instead, they can use any doctor they choose and provide them with Preferred Administrator's phone number (located on the back of your medical card) to verify benefits.
