- This $200 benefit can cover:
- Eye exams
- Eye glasses
- Contacts
- Safety glasses
- This benefit can be combined with the CPG PPE reimbursement of $100 every 2 years towards prescription safety glasses.
- To submit your claim, please perform the following:
- Enter a ticket on the HR Support Ticket system
- Code it as a Healthcare - Vision Inquiry
- Scan and attach your vision receipt and the vision invoice if one is available.
- The CPG Medical Reimbursement Form must be included with your receipt.
- How long should I expect to before being reimbursed?
- Preferred Administrators, CPG's Third Party Administrator processes all vision claims.
- Preferred only issues reimbursements and cuts checks once per month.
- So depending on when your claim is received the processing time could be:
- Same month as submitted
- At the longest, the following month
